Team Management
Working with multiple people? Add team members so they can also manage events, view check-ins and represent your business on WhiskyCircle.
Adding team members

Go to Team settingsIn your business dashboard, go to Settings → Team.

Click "Add team member"Open the form to invite a new team member.

Enter the email addressEnter the email address of the person you want to add.

Choose a roleSelect the appropriate role: Owner, Manager or Staff member (see below).

Send the invitationThe person receives an email with a link to join the team.
Available roles
Owner
Full access to all features. Can manage team members, edit and delete the business. There can only be one owner.Manager
Can do everything except delete the business or transfer ownership. Ideal for managers.Staff member
Can create and manage events, view check-ins and send notifications. No access to business settings or team management.What can each role do?

Removing team members
As owner or manager you can remove team members by going to Team and clicking the trash icon next to the team member. The team member immediately loses access to the business account.
Transferring ownership
If you want to transfer ownership to someone else, that person must first be a Manager. Go to Team, click the three dots next to the person and choose "Make owner". Note: this is irreversible!
