Available roles
What can each role do?
Overview of permissions per role:
- Create and manage events: All roles
- View check-ins: All roles
- View analytics: All roles
- Send notifications: All roles
- Manage loyalty: Manager and Owner
- Manage team: Manager and Owner
- Business settings: Manager and Owner
- Transfer ownership: Owner only
- Delete business: Owner only
Removing team members
As owner or manager you can remove team members by going to Team and clicking the trash icon next to the team member. The team member immediately loses access to the business account.
If you want to transfer ownership to someone else, that person must first be a Manager. Go to Team, click the three dots next to the person and choose "Make owner". Note: this is irreversible!
