With stamp cards you reward loyal customers and motivate them to come back. WhiskyCircle offers two ways to earn stamps, depending on what best suits your business.

Two ways to earn stamps

Check-in stamps

Customers automatically earn a stamp when they check in at your location. Ideal for venues, bars and shops where customers physically visit.

You scan the customer's QR code at a purchase and award stamps based on the amount. Perfect for shops and liquor stores.

Creating a stamp card

Go to LoyaltyIn your business dashboard you'll find "Loyalty" in the menu.

Click "New programme"Start creating a new loyalty programme.

Choose the typeSelect "Check-in" for location-based stamps or "Purchase" for stamps on purchases.

Set the rewardDescribe what the customer receives upon completion (e.g. "Free tasting" or "10% discount").

ActivateSet the programme to active and customers can start saving!

Managing rewards

When a customer has enough stamps, they can claim the reward:

Customer claimsThe customer clicks "Claim reward" in the app when the card is full.

You see the claimIn your dashboard, the claimed reward appears under "Rewards".

RedeemWhen the customer visits, you mark the reward as redeemed.
Almost-full notification

When a customer has 80% of the stamps, they automatically receive a push notification. This motivates them to come one more time!
