Tormore Distillery spent decades as an anonymous supplier to blends like Ballantine's and Chivas Regal. When Elixir Distillers acquired the distillery in 2022, co-founder Sukhinder Singh saw potential that had never been fully realised: a fruit-forward spirit whose character had been overshadowed under previous owner Pernod Ricard. Tormore Timeless marks the beginning of a new chapter — the first release in a fresh core range after years of silence.

This no-age-statement whisky is drawn primarily from bourbon casks and bottled at 43% ABV. Its character is intentionally restrained: head blender Oliver Chilton emphasises that Tormore's signature peach and pear notes vanish easily under excessive oak. This is a whisky that refuses to be drowned out.

On the nose, fresh vanilla, lemon zest, and honeysuckle emerge — flavours that underpin the distillery's natural fruit sweetness without overwhelming it. An uncluttered introduction to what Tormore truly is.
