Tomatin's 14-year-old Caribbean Rum Cask is an exclusive bottling for The Whisky Club, where the Highland distillery concludes its classic ex-bourbon maturation with time spent in rum casks. The name Tomatin translates to 'Hill of the Juniper Bush'—a nod to the juniper species once favoured in illicit distilleries.

Fourteen years of maturation in traditional American oak, finished in Caribbean rum casks, gives this single malt a warm, tropical character. The nose reveals tropical fruit, lemon curd, desiccated coconut, and subtle chocolate notes. On the palate, a rich, oily mouthfeel unfolds with vanilla, custard, and gentle spice, leading to a lingering, peppery finish that echoes the rum influence.
