Mars Kasei is a blended whisky produced by Hombo Shuzo, the maker behind Mars Shinshu Distillery in the Japanese Alps. The name takes its inspiration from an iconic mountain near the distillery. This blend of malt and grain whiskies has been matured across several casks with no age statement.

The nose reveals floral and citrus notes, with hints of grass and a subtle rice-like character. The palate is light and approachable, offering vanilla, honey, and summer fruit. The finish is warm and balanced, with oak and a touch of caramel.
