Captain Don's is a Dutch single malt whisky from Cadushy Distillery on Bonaire, distilled and bottled within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The whisky honours Captain Don Stewart, a legendary conservationist whose legacy shaped the island.

Made from corn, rye, and sorghum and matured in first fill casks, the spirit combines a naturally sweet character—amplified by fresh oak—with spicy notes from the rye. The new wood imparts additional richness to the foundation.
