Bajan is a distinctive Belgian single malt whisky from Stokerij De Molenberg, matured in rum casks from Barbados. This 8th anniversary release masterfully blends older casks delivering full, soft notes of raisins and honey with younger rum casks contributing spicy character. The nose opens with sweet aromas of honey, vanilla, and caramelised sugar, followed by tropical fruit notes.
