Sherry Cask Finish
The Tyrconnell name honours an 1876 racehorse owned by R.M. Delamere—a chestnut colt that defied the odds to win the prestigious National Produce Stakes. This Irish single malt carries that spirit of unlikely triumph.
Matured for ten years in bourbon casks, it then spent 6–8 months finishing in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. The result is a dark amber pour with a full, smooth texture where sherry takes the lead without drowning out the whisky's native spice and floral character.
