Wu Dram Clan releases an elegant 18-year-old Bowmore from 2007, bottled at 54.1% ABV. This first-fill bourbon barrel (#6358) represents a refined single cask offering from the respected German bottler, known for curated releases of exceptional quality.

Matured for 18 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, this whisky achieves a sophisticated balance between fruity character and Islay's signature smoke. Limited to just 272 bottles, this release becomes available from January 2026.

The nose reveals grilled pineapple, light peach, and candied lemon peel with sea spray and brine, complemented by subtle grassy-minty notes and honeyed undertones. The palate grows more fruity and vibrant—juicy stone fruits like peach and lime, with hints of grilled mango. Gravel, flint, and coastal minerality blend with moderate herbs and a darker smoky character beneath. The finish is long and warming, with lingering fruitiness, ashy smoke, and black pepper.
