Inari takes its name from the Japanese deity of rice cultivation, and sits at the heart of this expression from Masahiro Shuzo. The distillery, founded in 1883 in Okinawa, carries over 140 years of heritage and has been crafting rice whisky since 1989. This blend draws on hand-selected whiskies of varying ages, fermented with the region's distinctive black koji.
Distilled from 100% premium Indica rice and aged beneath Okinawa's subtropical sun and sea breeze, the result is light, delicate, and approachable—with a characteristically smooth, oil-like texture on the palate.
