Spanish and American too 46% you notice, creamy, sweet, coastal influences. A bit salty. Bitterness from the wood. Much more robust than the 12 year old. First I smell the bourbon influences. Vanilla and floral perfume, bitterness from the wood and alcohol in a robust balance with the sweetness. Then the sherry influence comes in with a tart acidity. Vanilla remains present. After a drop of water it becomes sweeter, honey, vanilla. Bourbon influence and saltier. Sweet-salty licorice
