On the palate, it delights with layers of citrus, vanilla, honey, and almond, finishing with a hint of smokiness and dried spices. Half of this whisky has matured in premium Oloroso casks, while the other half has aged in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain, adding depth and complexity to its profile.
