Made from 100% French barley, this whisky embodies a blend of tradition and craftsmanship. It matures in a combination of ex-bourbon and rejuvenated American oak casks, contributing to its complex flavor profile. On the palate, this whisky is smooth and rounded, with leading fruity notes supported by soft malt sweetness and light vanilla undertones. There are also hints of clove and a gentle touch of oak. The whisky finishes with a rich complexity, featuring notes of French patisserie and dried fruits. It is perfect for sipping neat or pairing with delicate desserts.
