Born from an ambitious seasonal campaign that began in 2018, this 5-year-old The Sherry One defies Speyside convention by introducing smoke to a region not known for it. The name itself signals that restless pursuit.

Matured first in American oak, then finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, the spirit carries peat from St Fergus (35 ppm phenol). That measured smoke level allows the sherry casks to speak without drowning the character.
