GlenWyvis is Scotland's unique community-owned distillery, nestled beneath Ben Wyvis in the Highlands. This 2018 release was matured exclusively in Oloroso casks, creating a refined single malt with impressive depth for its young age. The nose reveals delicate floral honey, fresh stone fruits and subtle vanilla undertones with a touch of spice. On the palate, buttery malt gives way to ripe plum and dried fruit notes, balanced by caramel sweetness and a hint of peppery warmth. The finish is crisp and elegant, with lingering citrus and a gentle peppery fade.
