Dram Mor is an independent bottler focused on single casks from Scottish distilleries. This Glen Moray from 2014 is one of their Spring 2026 releases, bottled at cask strength (56.2% ABV). Glen Moray itself has deep roots: the distillery was established in 1897 from the former West Brewery in Elgin, Speyside, and remains known for light, fruity single malts.

This 11-year-old shows Glen Moray's signature style: delicate and fruit-forward with floral undertones. The nose reveals yellow fruits—melon and apple—alongside honey and garden florals. The palate develops a silky, fruity character with malt sweetness. The finish dries pleasantly, with a whisper of spice that gradually yields to lingering malt.
