This Kentucky straight bourbon is bottled at barrel proof (114.8 proof) without chill filtration, built on Wild Turkey's signature mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley. Thirteen years in the barrel has deepened the distillery's classic profile: dense caramel, roasted oak, and a burnt-chocolate character that speaks to mature wood influence.
