About
Glen Grant was founded in 1840 by brothers John and James Grant in Rothes, Speyside—a landmark moment in Scotch whisky history. As the first distillery in the village, they established a foundation that would grow into one of the region's most respected names. This Speyside single malt embodies the classic Glen Grant character: light and elegant, without heavy-handed cask influence. Matured in ex-bourbon wood, it favours fruity freshness and subtle sweetness over smoke or spice. The nose reveals orchard fruit—apple and pear—with hints of citrus, toffee and honey. On the palate, these notes develop with a creamy texture and a pinch of white pepper, finishing clean and dry with whispers of vanilla and shortbread. A whisky built for warmer months, refreshing without demanding attention.
