FABLE is an independent bottler founded by drinks industry veterans Calum Lawrie and Andrew Torrance, built on a mission that extends beyond whisky alone: telling stories through animation and illustration. This blended malt draws from carefully selected casks sourced from distilleries including Linkwood, Dailuaine, and Benrinnes, combining them into a layered, complex expression. Matured in ex-bourbon hogsheads, this 5-year-old blended malt offers a soft, approachable character. The nose reveals citrus and vanilla, followed by honey and a light, fresh quality. The palate feels smooth and balanced, with sweet notes gradually giving way to subtle spice in the finish.
