Little Book Chapter 10 All the Wiser

Finish: Sherry CaskFinish: Bourbon Barrel

About

Little Book Chapter 10 marks a turning point in the Noe family legacy. This tenth chapter in Freddie Noe's annual blending series—launched in 2017 as a tribute to his grandfather Booker Noe, the legendary master distiller who shaped the Jim Beam dynasty—represents a philosophical shift. After a decade of chasing precision, Freddie abandoned the pursuit of "perfection" for this release, instead letting the whiskey lead. The result feels more discovered than engineered, more intuitive than controlled. The blend draws from aged expressions across the James B. Beam portfolio, finished in sherry and toasted bourbon casks. At 61.3% ABV, it's unapologetically bold—layered, complex, and uncompromising. On the nose, layers of fig, raisin, and molasses emerge. The palate delivers velvety caramel, cinnamon, and oak, finishing with a long, seasoned oak and raisin fade. A collector's bottle that deepens with each pour.
