Where Islay typically conjures dark, peated profiles, this bottling leans toward lighter, fruit-forward notes. At 50.50% ABV, it carries enough weight to deliver flavour without becoming unwieldy. The nose leads with tropical fruit — pineapple and citrus — layered beneath a subtle smoke that anchors the Islay identity. On the palate, that fruitiness mingles with softer smoke, honey, and a gentle pepper spice. The finish is relatively clean and short, with lingering smoke and sweet echoes.
