Stillman's is a Scottish blended malt that marries malts from different regions—lighter, honeyed Speyside characters are married in sherry casks with fuller-bodied Highland malts, creating a balanced composition. At 40% ABV, it's an approachable dram that doesn't overwhelm. The nose shows green apple and pear drop fruitiness, with underlying honey and cereal notes. On the palate, malt and sweetness emerge, with a touch of oak bitterness that supports the blend's structure. The finish is relatively short but clean.
