Crafted by St. Kilian Distillery in Germany, this blended whisky marries Scottish Highland malted barley with a dual cask strategy: bourbon barrels and Italian Amarone red wine casks. The result is a whisky that balances sweetness with layered complexity. The nose opens with creamy vanilla, honey, and toffee, backed by ripe peaches, cherries, and raspberries. On the palate, it's soft and sweet, with malty backbone and subtle fruit that gradually yields to oak spice and a gentle bitterish edge. The finish is short but satisfying—chocolate, vanilla, and a whisper of pepper.
