About
Tomintoul 11 Year Old is an elegant Speyside single malt crafted by a distillery that has employed traditional methods since 1965. This limited edition, exclusively available to distillery visitors, marries the warmth of Oloroso sherry with American oak casks for a balanced and complex whisky of genuine character. The nose reveals honey, banana, and peach, complemented by subtle floral notes and hints of cut grass. On the palate, caramelised nuts, toffee, and warming spice develop, with a gentle earthiness and dried fruit complexity. The finish lingers with pleasant peppery warmth and a touch of leather, leaving a satisfying and approachable conclusion.
