The quarter cask aging process delivers a whisky with striking balance—creamy vanilla and honeyed sweetness tempered by bold, peppery spice and bright citrus notes. This is a whisky that rewards patience and a splash of water, revealing layers of tropical fruit and warming oak as it opens up in the glass. On the nose, expect honeyed malt, lemon curd, and vanilla with hints of hazelnut and oaky spice. The palate brings coconut, almond, and pineapple, followed by a finish of cinnamon, salted caramel, and lingering peppery warmth.
