Vintage Hillstone 2017 Heavily Peated is a Dutch single malt from Beek Spirits, matured in a refill Pedro Ximénez hogshead. This young, robust whisky marries heavily peated malt with the rich, fruity character of sherry cask maturation. The result is a boldly flavourful spirit with remarkable complexity for its age, showcasing the distillery's commitment to quality Dutch whisky production. On the nose, layers of smoked fruit, dark tobacco, and aged oak emerge, complemented by notes of raisins, plums, and warming spices.
