About

Bunnahabhain 2007 is an uncoloured single malt from Islay's renowned distillery, bottled by independent bottler Malts of Scotland at a robust 55.5% ABV. Distilled in 2007 and aged in refill cask, this whisky showcases the distillery's elegant, maritime character—clean, soft and beautifully balanced without any rough edges. The cask work is passive yet effective, allowing the spirit's natural qualities to shine through. On the nose, delicate aromas of vanilla, honey and pear emerge, layered with subtle oak. The palate reveals citrus, chocolate and spice with remarkable precision and soft balance between cask and spirit. Despite its youth, the whisky drinks with impressive maturity and complexity. The finish remains clean and composed, with lingering spice and wood. A well-crafted, unpeated Islay malt that rewards both casual sippers and serious enthusiasts.
