This no-age-statement expression is matured in first fill bourbon casks and delivers a complex, multi-layered experience that proves both characterful and approachable. The nose reveals black pepper and soft vanilla, followed by fresh floral notes and dried fruit. The palate continues with crisp apple and honey, accompanied by gentle peatiness reminiscent of coastal bonfires and smoked seafood.
