This unchill-filtered, naturally coloured single malt represents the distillery's commitment to traditional production methods and time-honoured craftsmanship. The series showcases the complexity that emerges when quality spirit meets quality wood, revealing new dimensions with each release. The nose presents an inviting bouquet of fresh fruit, vanilla, and honeyed sweetness, complemented by subtle oak. On the palate, the whisky delivers a sharp attack with layers of dried fruit, citrus, and warming spices, underpinned by noticeable tannic oak that adds structure and depth. The finish lingers with caramel and toffee notes alongside tropical fruit and a gentle peppery warmth, creating a memorable and satisfying conclusion.
