The 2020 THCu is a robust, non-chill-filtered expression that embodies the house's innovative character. Bottled at 54% ABV, it delivers impressive depth and complexity. The nose reveals lush tropical fruits—mango and papaya—layered with vanilla and dried fruit notes. The palate bursts with sweetness: tropical fruit, banana, and barley, supported by subtle malty porridge and freshly mown grass aromatics. The mouthfeel is thick and oily. The finish brings drying grain notes, honey, and gentle spice, with a pleasant drying phase that slowly evolves into lingering sweetness.
