This 5-year-old expression at 50% ABV showcases the bold, rich side of sherry maturation with distinctive leather and woodpolish notes that define its personality. The nose reveals dried fruit complexity—plum and fig emerge alongside nutty undertones and an intriguing old library-like woodiness. On the palate, the whisky is assertive and full-bodied, delivering white pepper spice and herbal bitters layered with those dried fruit characteristics. The finish is medium to long, with leather and wood notes elegantly fading.
