This 9-year-old whisky balances bright, fruity vibrancy with deeper roasted notes derived from its maturation in first fill bourbon and re-charred hogsheads. The nose reveals apples and citrus fruits with a fresh, bitter hoppy touch, complemented by hints of ginger and dried spices. On the palate, an oily, creamy mouthfeel unfolds with layered notes of tobacco leaves, malt, and dark chocolate, underpinned by subtle nutty undertones.
