This 14-year-old expression showcases an impressive profile enhanced by a dual sherry finish in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks. With a robust alcohol strength, this whisky delivers a full-bodied, fruity character characteristic of premium Irish distillation. The nose reveals rich sherry aromatics with dark dried fruits such as prunes and raisins, complemented by dark ripe cherries and subtle citrus notes. On the palate, the whisky is powerful and concentrated, displaying dried dark berries and apricot jam alongside warming spice.
