It's an approachable whisky distinguished by its coastal, elegant profile. The nose reveals smoked apple, grass, and sweet citrus notes. On the palate, candied pear, coastal peat, and lemon take centre stage, leading to a long, complex finish of sweet smoke, orchard fruit, and grapefruit. The finish is intriguing—a blend of smoky sweetness with an unexpected marzipan note, elegantly wrapped in a peaty jacket.
