The nose reveals fresh bread dough and yeasty character, complemented by ripe pears and crisp green apples with well-integrated alcohol. On the palate, honeyed Sauternes notes blend seamlessly with pear and orchard fruits, followed by subtle ash, creamy textures, and warming spice biscuit notes.
