This remarkable bottling comes from the very last cask that Louis Filliers himself filled in 1992, before handing over to the next generation. After 34 years of maturation in American white oak, the spirit has developed remarkable depth, bottled at natural colour as a single cask release. The nose reveals smoked hazelnut and apricot, while the palate displays a spicy character with soft tannins, woody tones, and delicate elderflower alongside stone fruit notes.
