Braeval 10 Year Old Osprey is an elegant Single Malt from the heart of Speyside, matured in generous Oloroso Sherry casks. This whisky's character reflects the strength and grace of the osprey that inspires its name. Bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration by Aceo Spirits, it represents a refined expression of the distillery's craft. The nose reveals rich dark fruits, cocoa, and aged oak with notes of walnuts and gentle spice. On the palate, stewed fruits and dates take centre stage, complemented by allspice and a subtle nuttiness, while the Oloroso influence adds warmth and sweetness. The finish lingers elegantly with layers of spice and dried fruit, making this a sophisticated dram for contemplative sipping.
