BUS Bourbon Aged is a Dutch single malt whisky crafted entirely on a single estate in Overijssel, from sustainably grown barley through distillation and maturation in one location. The bourbon cask aging imparts a warm and inviting character to this spirit. The nose reveals soft fruit aromas with notes of orange and dried fruit, complemented by delicate wood tones and fresh herbal hints. On the palate, vanilla and caramel lead the way, supported by subtle smoke and oak influences, with hints of resin and a whisper of dried apricots. Bittersweet chocolate and mint add complexity to the profile. The finish is warm and lingering, with sweet oak tones that gradually fade, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
