This annual limited edition celebrates the distillery's partnership with the prestigious Paul Launois champagne house, delivering an elegant and fruit-forward expression. The nose presents elegant orchard fruit sweetness, honeycomb, and creamy white chocolate, with bright notes of lemon and almond paste alongside subtle raw ginger. On the palate, the whisky unfolds as silky and fruit-driven, layered with vanilla, heather honey, and oatmeal sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar and maple syrup. The finish is dry and lingering, with sea-spray minerality and warm spice that builds gracefully.
