The mash bill composition—73% corn, 19% wheat, and 8% malted barley—creates a rich, multifaceted profile that distinguishes it from its rye-based counterparts. The nose opens with striking mineral notes—think pebbles and slate—before transitioning into dates, raw honey, and chocolate, with hints of straw and mustiness. Molasses, polished leather, and black cherries emerge, complemented by toasted walnuts.
