Roe & Co is a modern Irish whiskey with deep roots in Dublin, named in tribute to the historic distiller George Roe. Crafted to be approachable, this whiskey offers a rich and complex profile, perfect for cocktails or sipping neat. The blend of rich malt whiskey and the smoothest grain whiskey is matured in bourbon casks, contributing to its distinctive character and aroma. On the nose, it presents notes of caramel, vanilla, and cinnamon, along with stone fruits. The palate offers a velvety texture with hints of caramel and baking spices, complemented by subtle notes of charred peaches. The finish is long and mild, with a creamy texture and warm woody vanilla notes. This whiskey is an excellent base for crafting refined cocktails, but also stands beautifully on its own for a leisurely tasting experience.
