This year, Ardbeg continues its reputation for innovative whiskies with Smokiverse, a whisky that melds the signature smokiness of Ardbeg with surprising tropical fruit notes. Its unique flavor is attributed to a brewing-inspired mashing process, resulting in a lively and complex whisky. On the nose, Ardbeg Smokiverse offers an explosion of fruity and estery notes, reminiscent of smoked bubblegum, fused with whiffs of ripening barley and freshly baked sourdough. The palate reveals a luscious creamy texture followed by strong sooty notes that envelop the tongue.
