About

Turntable Spirits, the Glasgow-based blending house founded by brothers Gordon and Ally Stevenson, presents Collaboration Drop 02: a Scotch-Irish partnership with Dingle Distillery. The blend is anchored by Dingle Single Pot Still, matured in oloroso hogsheads from County Kerry, then married with three Scottish whiskies: Balmenach in first-fill PX puncheons, Blair Athol in rye barrels, and Loch Lomond grain in first-fill bourbon casks. The result bridges two whisky traditions—Irish pot still character meets Scottish malt and grain complexity. At 52% ABV, this is a full-bodied, unapologetic dram. The nose leads with cigar spices and chocolate raisins, grounded by marzipan and nutmeg. On the palate, an oily texture carries black pepper, dark chocolate, and citrus notes that cut through the sweet foundation. The finish lingers with spiced oak and dried fruit—a whisky that rewards patience and doesn't soften its stance.
