Redbreast Lustau represents a unique collaboration between the renowned Irish whiskey distiller Midleton and the historic Spanish sherry bodega, Bodegas Lustau. This Irish single pot still whiskey marries traditional Irish distillation with the rich influence of Spanish Oloroso sherry. It uses both malted and unmalted barley, matured in specially selected sherry casks, resulting in a deep and complex character.
