Yellowstone American Single Malt debuted in March 2023 as a new permanent release from Limestone Branch Distillery in Kentucky, extending the Yellowstone brand's heritage of over 150 years. The spirit itself was distilled and aged in Indiana—likely MGP stock—and bottled at 54% ABV, offering an uncomplicated entry into American single malt.

The nose leads with clean, dried grain character. The palate brings medium weight and sweetness: toffee, cinnamon, and molasses notes sit alongside wood char and barrel spice, grounded by a cereal foundation. The finish is warm and moderately long, straightforward without pretense.
