This dual sherried maturation defines its character. Bottled at 56.5% ABV, this Highland single malt displays a mature, layered profile. The nose opens with orange peel and dried cranberries, moving toward honeycomb and candy floss. The palate brings citrus and honey, with dry spice and ginger warmth.
