The wine casks reshape the whisky's profile with genuine elegance. Ripe peaches, nectarines and creamy toffee form the foundation, but beneath them sit floral hints and a gentle spice the wine contributes. It's not a bold collision — rather a refinement, a balance between the full body bourbon maturation gave it and the brightness the wine casks impart.
