Launched in the summer of 2015, it is crafted by the Suntory Whisky blending team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii. This expression features a harmonious blend of malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, alongside a significant contribution of grain whisky from the Chita distillery. On the palate, Hibiki Japanese Harmony reveals a rich malty character complemented by sherried notes. It is matured in a diverse array of casks, including American white oak, sherry, and other types, which impart a complex flavor profile.
