Aerstone Land Cask is a 10-year-old single malt Scotch whisky. Aerstone is a brand from William Grant & Sons, distilled at their Ailsa Bay distillery in the Lowlands. The Land Cask is matured inland, away from the coast, giving it a softer and sweeter character than its maritime sibling. Expect a round, creamy profile with vanilla, honey, ripe apple and a touch of toffee. Light oak notes provide structure and the finish is gentle and sweet.
