Slyrs Bavarian Rye is the first rye whisky produced by the Slyrs Distillery, located near the picturesque Schliersee in Germany. This unique offering combines rye with wheat and barley, using pure spring water sourced from the surrounding mountains, creating a distinctive profile representative of Bavarian craftsmanship. On the palate, Slyrs Bavarian Rye reveals a complex blend of fresh flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit, harmoniously balanced with notes of vanilla, caramel, and honey. The whisky is matured in heavily toasted American white oak casks, which impart additional depth with hints of oak, dried fruits, and spicy undertones.
